Mishelle is a composer and theatre artist based in Vancouver. After 5 years as a composer, sound designer, actor/musician, music director and arts administrator in Vancouver, Mishelle moved to New York where she obtained an MFA in Musical Theatre Composition at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She returned to beautiful British Columbia in June, 2017 full of inspiration and ready to make more music.

Mishelle composed and performed in STATIONARY: a recession-era musical, which has seen three productions since its inception in 2012 – the most recent including a tour to Talk Is Free Theatre in Barrie, Ontario and an award-winning run at The Cultch in Vancouver. She has worked with companies such as Rumble Theatre, Pi Theatre, Théâtre la Seizième, Carousel Theatre, Touchstone Theatre, Ruby Slippers, and ITSAZOO Productions. 

In addition to writing music, Mishelle enjoys painting, listening to podcasts, and riding her bicycle.
